All East St. Louis residents that direct deposit will automatically (regardless of credit) be approved for loans up to $20,000 and be issued a Black debit card which entitles them to never pay more than $20 per person for a meal, an event, or ticket to any attraction within the City of East St. Louis.

Dr. Harry Edwards Urban CommUniversity

This will be our accredited 2 year community college called the Dr. Harry Edwards Urban CommUniversity Higher Education Center. Named after a nationally renown scholar and activist from East St. Louis, this campus will provide advanced certified training in vocational trades, performance arts, agriculture, and medical support skills. Coming Fall 2028.

Named after Reginald and Warrington Hudlin, they have successfully created and produced movies and television projects in Hollywood.

- Historic Restoration

The Grand Restoration of the Majestic Theater

Built in 1928 and closed since the 1960s, it played host to so many celebrities back in its heyday that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once the renovation is done, it will not only be home to the National Gospel Hall of Fame but home to some of the best touring and musical productions throughout the country!

Entertainment with Purpose

This is another entertainment facility on the other side of town called Let’s Get CulturALL. Featuring bowling (Prosperity Lanes, Lazer Tag (Legacy Lazer Tag), Karaoke, (Kulture Karaoke), Billiards (Cue the Culture), and a sports bar and Grill (CulturALL Sports Bar and Grill. In addition to creating over 50 full time jobs paying at minimum $20/hr, 25% of proceeds go to the Reparations fund.

This hospital will feature a compound pharmacy and science labs dedica ted to eradicating high blood pressure, sickle cell anemia, arthritis, and cancer; all diseases that disproportionately affect black people.

Sankofa Media and Information Center

In this facility we will be teaching students the ends and outs of media broadcasting, online social media content creation, podcasting, audio and video production, in addition to print journalism.

A premium movie experience that blends entertainment, culture, and in-seat dining—bringing a new level of comfort and community-centered luxury inspired by the dine-in theater concept.

Indoor Aquarium & Water Park Complex
